Brigitte A. (Balogh) McKay received her B.B.A. in Management Information Systems and M.A. in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin. A new PhD Candidate in Media and Information Systems in Advertising, she is currently researching consumer-brand relationships on social media and user interactions with enterprise social software. A recipient of the Rasmussen Memorial Scholarship and two time recipient of the Leo Burnett Research Scholarship, Brigitte’s research seeks to further understand best practices for corporate and brand engagement with their employees and their consumers to strengthen brand relationships and community ties.
