Bullard has more than 30 years of international and domestic theme park and resort experience with expertise in developing and directing strategic marketing, branding and sales programs.
He earned his B.A. in 1973 and his M.A. in 1975, both in advertising. He started his career at Walt Disney World in 1975 and continued to work for the company in Florida, California and Japan. He is now Principal Marketing Consultant of Bullard Marketing Inc.
