Cara Boeff is the Director of the CAS Advancement Office. Prior to joining the college in February 2008, Cara served as the Associate Director of Development for the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources. She is responsible for leading the CAS Advancement Team's efforts to build relationships with alumni and friends to raise monies for the college. Cara considers herself a true Spartan, earning her bachelor's degree in political sciences and international studies from Michigan State University.

Rebecca A. Pagels joined the CAS Advancement Office in August 2008. She focuses on developing relationships with CAS alumni and friends to support annual giving and special gift campaigns for the college. Before joining the team, Rebecca served as the Director of Education and Outreach for the Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra. She earned a Bachelor of Music and minor in marketing from DePaul University, a Master in Music from the University of Michigan, and a Master in Arts Administration from Indiana University.

Mark C. Baczewski joined the CAS Advancement Office in August 2011. His primary focus is to develop relationships with CAS alumni, corporations, and friends in support of special gift campaigns for the college. Prior to joining the CAS team, Mark worked for alumni engagement for Albion College. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing from Central Michigan University and is currently pursuing an MBA in Management from Northwood University.
